If you purchase a product or service from us, or make a donation; we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail address and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiry date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Membership
If you wish to become a member of beat we request personally identifiable information (such as name and address) from you.

We provide several means of contacting beat through the website. We request certain personally identifiable information. These details are emailed directly to us and dealt with by the appropriate person.
We use this information if you wish us to reply to your message or are interested in getting involved with beat.

We may provide you the opportunity to participate in research surveys around eating disorders on our website. If you participate, we may request personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
